Working with an open living space

The clients’ request was to create a very colourful, cheerful and cosy room so we used wallpapers in bright colours, alternating a different roll of wallpaper each time.
To tone down the colours, we chose a less extravagant floor material: a classic and elegant marmoleum in a dark anthracite colour. The living room was originally an open space, connected to the kitchen and the dining room. It was separated with a partially fixed glass wall, which was attached to the ceiling in a way that it appears as if it has always been in the room.
