A modern apartment in a house from the 30s.

The apartment is intended for lease and during the decoration, the basic architecture of the house , which was built in the 30s, was taken into consideration.
The wooden panels under the window were repaired, and the radiators, which were added in a more modern period, were replaced by design heating elements. After the reorganization of the spaces was completed, new doors were made according to the originals from the 30s. The new space distribution made room for a large kitchen with a dining room.

This project also included the design of the main entrance door of the block of
flats and the colour scheme of the fasade.
